Mr. Monroe, also known as D-Gotti is not only the CEO of Plugged In Entertainment, but is also a Rap artist who has been in the music business over 10 years. He has worked with artist like, Erykah Badu, Bun B, Project Pat, Zero, DJ Screw and Big Moe to name a few. Mr. Monroe AKA D-Gotti was signed to Wreckshop records, then to a Major Label, Priority Records/ Capitol Records back in early 2000. He is now ready to release new music through Plugged In Ent. and open to working with new Artist. He is also the Host for Plugged In TV & Plugged In Radio!

Plugged In Entertainment was formed by Mr. Darrell W. Monroe and his Wife, Leilani A. Monroe in January 2011. The company started out as an outlet to release new music for artist. Plugged in Entertainment eventually expanded into a multifaceted Media business. There aren't many Major Entertainment/ Media Companies In Houston, and one of the main goals is to be recognized as Major. Recently, Plugged in Ent. established Plugged in Radio and Plugged in online TV shows to provide visibility to local artist, entrepreneurs, businesses, and to brand the company as a household name by producing informative broadcast for diverse audiences Globally. Mrs. Monroe is part owner of Plugged In Entertainment. Her experience in the music Industry began over 10 years ago. She is known for Producing Music, Event Planning, and being a full fledged Business Entrepreneur. She started out talent scouting for talent shows that she personally developed around the city. To working for a popular local Hip Hop Television show as the Special Projects Director. Leilani is also well known for bringing some of the Hottest Female rapp artist together to create the Compilation Mixtape called "The Women of H-Town". Featuring Surreal, Troublesum, Raw'LT, & Ms. Kenya, to name a few. She produced all but two tracks on the album along with Super Female Producer EQ. She is currently working on Music projects with various artist. Leilani also produce and edit Plugged In's own Youtube TV show called Plugged In TV. She also produce, edit and host her own segment show called "In The City News" where she travels around the city interviewing business owners and showing what's happening in Houston. Leilani graduated from Texas Woman's University with a Master's in Business Administration. She is now ready to take on building & establishing Plugged In Entertainment's continued growth and Success!!
